2. What we process, and why

  • Website usage (analytics). We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool. It measures visits without cookies and without collecting personal data — no data that identifies you is stored, and no cross-site tracking takes place. Legal basis: legitimate interest (understanding and improving our website).
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (including IP address) to operate and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • When you contact us. If you email or phone us, we process the details you provide in order to answer you. Legal basis: your request / pre-contractual steps.

3. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and shows no cookie banner because none is required. At most, strictly necessary technical cookies may be used to keep the site working and secure.

4. Booking

Reservations are handled on an external platform (Lighthouse). When you follow a booking link you leave this website; the data you enter there is processed under that provider’s own privacy policy.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is processed only by service providers acting on our behalf: our hosting provider (site operation) and our self-hosted analytics.

6. Retention

Analytics data is kept in aggregated form only. Server logs are kept for a short period for security. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
